Hi, I’m Christine, a qualified Sound Practitioner passionate about helping people experience the benefits of Sound Therapy as part of their self-care. My specially designed Sound Baths use instruments such as the Symphonic Gong, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Pyramid, and Crystal Chalice to create deep relaxation, aid sleep, ease pain, and restore balance through sound, vibration, and frequency.
